Stephanie Reinert
I have spent over 25 years walking alongside entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives, helping them uncover the deeper essence of their brand and express it with clarity and purpose.
In 2016, I founded Wind & Salt in Monaco, a boutique hub dedicated to crafting authentic visual identities and strategies. My journey has taken me through London, Geneva, Brussels, Miami, Hong Kong, and Monaco — each place shaping the way I see brands as living stories.
Today, through Guardians of Spring, my work is no longer just about building brands, but about creating a circle where women can grow together, find their voice, and align their business with the values that truly matter.
